Steve Mullinger is the Regional President of Huntington Bank’s Southern Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana region. 

Prior to joining Huntington Bank, Mullinger was Senior Vice President and Commercial Market Manager in Greater Cincinnati for U.S. Bank where he was responsible for overseeing the commercial and middle market lending lines of businesses and operations.  He also held the Assistant Treasurer role at General Cable and was the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Omnicare. Steve began his career as an Analyst at American Financial Group.  

Committed to serving his community, Steve serves on the boards of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC), Greater Cincinnati Tri-State American Red Cross, REDI Cincinnati, Mount St. Joseph University, Visit Cincy, University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business Advisory Council, The Dayton Development Coalition and The Joe Burrow Foundation.   He previously served on the boards of The Catalytic Fund, The First Tee of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky, and the University of Cincinnati’s Goering Center for Family and Private Business.  Steve is a graduate of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cincinnati Class 42 of 2019.  He holds both a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.   

Steve and his wife have six children and six grandchildren.

Tony is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky where he resides with his wife Amanda, and two sons Alexander and Anderson. Tony and his youngest son were both adopted.  He has more than 27 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with Huntington since 2013. In addition to serving as Huntington’s Market President, he serves as the Regional Banking Market Manager in Kentucky and Southern Ohio. He is responsible for leading a team that provides customized solutions to meet the needs of Huntington’s business clients. Huntington Bank is the #1 SBA lender in the nation.

Tony started his career as The Bank of Kentucky’s first management trainee.  He spent eight years there before moving on to Park National Bank.  At Park, he opened their first office outside of Ohio.  A loan production office in Northern Kentucky.  Prior to joining Huntington, Tony helped Key Bank expand their Northern Kentucky market share.

Tony graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in finance and psychology, and a master’s degree in finance and marketing. He also played on the golf team and was named academic All SEC.  He attended the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky.  He serves as a board member for the Northern Kentucky Chamber, and the Kentucky loan committee President for Alloy Development Co.  He previously served on the Boone County School Planning Committee, board president of the Boone County Education Foundation, board president of the Family Nurturing Center and was a Project Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity International.

Ryan Reckman began his banking career in the Retail space and his career continued to expand into the Wealth Management and Commercial lines of businesses.    His most recent role was Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in Greater Cincinnati for U.S. Bank where he was responsible for driving organic growth in the Middle Market space.    

In November 2024, Ryan joined Huntington Bank as the Commercial Group Manager for the Southern Ohio & Kentucky markets.   In this role, he is responsible for leading a team of Middle Market Relationship Managers in deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers. 

Committed to serving his community, Ryan currently serves as a board member of OneSource and YMCA.    He previously served as the Board President of the Cincinnati Community Toolbank.   

Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in finance from Xavier University.   He resides in Cincinnati with his wife and three daughters.
